Accent™ for the Face and Body

Accent™ treatment uses radiofrequency waves to tighten skin, treat acne or cellulite, and reduce fine lines and wrinkles. The heat generated by the Accent™ system increases collagen production, tightening and rejuvenating the skin in the treated area.

BOTOX® Cosmetic

BOTOX® Cosmetic is a popular injectable that treats lines, wrinkles, and furrows, typically in the area around the eyes. A purified form of neurotoxin, it is injected into the facial muscles to prevent them from contracting and causing lines and wrinkles. The numerous benefits of BOTOX® Cosmetic make the treatment one of most sought-after at our Cancun medical spa.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers restore volume to the skin and can also add structure. There are a variety of different fillers on the market today, each with different qualities and abilities. Fillers can smooth fine lines, fill out deep lines, enhance the lips, and augment bone structure in the face. We use Sergiderm® and Restylane® at our practice.

Fraxel®

The Fraxel® skin resurfacing laser minimizes the appearance of scars, lines, and wrinkles, while improving the texture and surface of the skin. It works on tiny parts of the skin without affecting the surrounding tissue. Fraxel® can be used on the face and body, including hands, neck, and chest. Three to five treatments, spaced two to four weeks apart, are recommended for optimal results. Discomfort and downtime are minimal with Fraxel® treatment.

Laser Depilation

This hair removal method destroys the hair roots via intense laser light. Once the roots are destroyed, hair can no longer grow in the treated area. Several sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired results.

Pixel™

Pixel™ laser technology allows for skin rejuvenating treatments that clear up signs of sun damage, acne scarring, and uneven pigmentation. The device can also be used to smooth lines and wrinkles, and shrink pores.

Pressed Intense Light

A type of photo rejuvenation, this procedure directs pulses of intense light to the skin using special filters. The light is absorbed into the skin tissue, and stimulates the production of new collagen. The formation of new collagen helps to soften the skin, reduce redness, and smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

Lumicell®: Lymphatic Massage

Lumicell® combines deep tissue massage with intense pulses of light to treat cellulite, or the “orange peel” texture in the skin. This combination stimulates proper cell function, which leads to collagen production, increased circulation, and lymphatic activity.

Micropeeling

This non-invasive treatment uses a small sandblaster-like device to spray tiny crystals on the skin, and gently abrade and suction the outer layer of skin. This has a repairing effect on skin that has wrinkles, lines, and uneven pigmentation because of sun damage or natural aging.

Soli-Tone®

There are two components to the Soli-Tone® platform. LumiLift® uses light energy to stimulate collagen production and micronized currents to tone and lift sagging muscles. LumiFacial® targets skin problems such as acne, redness, and uneven pigmentation with the delivery of different types of light energy. Multiple treatment sessions are recommended.

Surgiderm®

Surgiderm® is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler that adds volume and hydration to the skin. Surgiderm® is used to fill wrinkles, folds, and lines, as well as contour areas of the face like the cheeks.

Tattoo Removal

We use laser therapy to remove unwanted tattoos. A laser beam is directed at the tattoo, and breaks up ink particles into fragments which naturally filter from the body. Laser tattoo removal is safe and effective, and works on the majority of unwanted tattoos.

Therapeutic Ultrasound

Therapeutic ultrasound stimulates tissue, using sound waves, to increase blood flow, reduce swelling, and gently massage the muscles, tendons, and ligaments. These functions can alleviate a variety of common ailments.

Thermage®

Thermage® tightens and contours the skin on your body and face. Skin is smoother and firmer after the Thermage® system heats the deepest layers to tighten existing collagen and stimulate the production of new collagen.

Ultrashape

Ultrashape has been dubbed “non surgical liposuction,” as it removes unwanted fat and redefines the body’s shape using focused ultrasound energy. There are no incisions, no downtime, and it is performed on an outpatient basis.

VascuLyse Spider Vein Treatment

The VascuLyse system uses laser technology to target and eliminate conspicuous spider veins. The laser light is directed at the vein to heat and clot the blood, destroying the function of the vein. After time, the vein is absorbed by the body and disappears from sight.
