Facelift

Facelift surgery accomplishes several things at once. By removing excess fat, tightening the muscles, and re-draping the skin of the face and neck, a facelift will take years off of the face and enhance your most prominent features (including the eyes, nose, and mouth). Ideal candidates for a facelift have visible signs of aging in the face and neck, but maintain strong bone structure and retain some degree of skin elasticity. Many of our facelift patients are in their 40s, 50s, and 60s, but a facelift can be performed successfully even on patients in their 70s and 80s.

MACS Mini Facelift

The MACS-lift is a modified version of a traditional facelift; a less invasive surgery, it subtly restores youthfulness to the face with less downtime. A MACS-lift accomplishes many of the same goals of a full facelift, including removing excess skin and tightening the underlying muscles. Patients experience less post-operative bruising, swelling, and scarring with a MACS mini lift.

Blepharoplasty

The eyelid area is particularly susceptible to aging. The upper eyelids can droop, and the lower eyelids can be saddled with bags or puffiness, sometimes interfering with vision. During eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, excess fat is removed and sagging skin and muscle is trimmed.

Rhinoplasty

Rhinoplasty, or a nose job, surgically corrects features of the nose – such as a wide tip, or large nostrils – that the patient is uncomfortable with. Rhinoplasty will alter the proportion and overall harmony of the nose to the rest of the face. It can also correct structural deformities that cause breathing problems.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty cosmetically alters the ears in several different ways, depending on the individual needs of the patient. Otoplasty will reduce the size of large ears or pin the ears closer to the head. The surgery can also correct asymmetry in the ears, and remove excess skin or cartilage.

Chin Surgery

Definition in the chin balances the face and enhances the profile. Chin surgery will vary, depending on the needs of the patient. Patients with a poorly defined or receding chin will benefit from a chin implant. Conversely, patients with a jutting or prominent chin will find chin reduction surgery more appropriate.

Hair Micro Implants

Thanks to genetics, some people are predisposed to hair loss. With hair implants, the surgeon will graft hair follicles from the back of the head (where there is more hair) and implant them into the balding spot (usually the hair line above the forehead or the crown area on top of the head). As the transplanted grafts adjust, the hair starts to grow again.
