The abdominoplasty is a procedure with more than 50 years history and when is well indicated, for instance, when exists weakness in the wall of the abdomen area, flaccid skin extended because of pregnancy, gain and loose wait, we look that normaly exists an excess of skin even in the better cases trated with conventional abdominoplasty.
