We make a transversal resection 10-cm below of the fold of the armpit to the inside of the arm and another at 8 cm of the lateral chest, we make a deep and superficial liposuction in the arm level and lateral face of the thorax, which flaps can slide to the axillary line, where the two flaps get together with several points to the deep fascia of the axilla, leaving scars hidden in the axillary fold, which is revolutionizing the procedure, because the longitudinal scars in the arm are highly visible, not being so in the axillary fold.

Now it is possible to avoid ectropion, or at least minimize this complication, so common in blepharoplasty. A new surgical technique, called blepharoplasty for resection of the fat pockets of the lower eyelids, which is done through a transconjunctival approach, and that, avoid external scar.
