For several years I had been suffering from a capsular contracture surrounding both of my breast implants, making a second surgery inevitable. At Perfection Clinic I had both capsules removed and my implants exchanged by Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda. I found the clinic on the internet while being in Mexico already, contacted them by e-mail and got an immediate and very friendly response by patient coordinator Paty.
She gave me all the information I needed including a quotation, we made an appointment for a consultation, and a few days later she picked me up from the Cancun bus station. From this first contact on, Paty was incredibly helpful and caring, translating for me while consulting with Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda and always making sure I get all my questions answered and feel safe and welcome before, during and after the surgery. Dr. Gonzalez Cepeda is a very experienced, friendly and trustworthy surgeon, who respected my opinions and wishes and cared greatly about finding a satisfying solution to my problem. All the other clinic staff from receptionists to nurses do a wonderful and competent job as well, always having a warm smile on their face and making the patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. A delicious chicken soup after the surgery and a very relaxing massage were just some of the generous extras I was able to enjoy. I must admit that I had not received such pleasant service during my previous treatment in Germany.
All in all I can only recommend Perfection Clinic, and I would return for treatments anytime.

Cosmetic surgery in the United States can be extremely pricey, so I started to look into medical tourism. I came across Perfection Makeover on the internet and spoke to Ruth who was very friendly and gave me excellent quote! She directed me with Robyn, a patient coordinator. It turned out Robyn was originally from the same state as me and she was also patient of Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda and spoke very highly from him.
I was initially very scared of going to another country for surgery. I asked Robyn a ton of questions via e-mail for literally about a month and she always responded to my inquiries promptly and honest which set my mind at ease. She told me not to worry about anything and she will be with me every step of the way. I arranged to have breast implants, liposuction, MACS lift and Erbium Laser done. When I exited the airport I was greeted by Robyn. She drove me everywhere - appointments to and from the clinic, supermarket, pharmacy and hospital for tests. I met Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda and Ruth the first day I arrived and was very happy with how pleasant and professional they were. I was given a tour of the clinic and was happy to see it was very nice and had great equipment. I went into surgery feeling comfortable with everything and woke up feeling the same. I woke up from the anesthesia and said "I don't feel a thing". I got a bit nauseous from the anesthesia because I was under for quite some time, but had practically no pain!! I was amazed with the results, just like Robyn said that I would be. I was very concerned about the breast implant pain, because I was getting it placed under the muscle and many people have compared it to an elephant sitting on your chest. It felt as if I had just worked out my chest at the gym?on scale 1-10, the pain was a 2! I must have said how amazed I was 20 times! Dr. Alfonso Gonzalez Cepeda is a truly talented artist!!! He has sculpted my body in such natural and beautiful way. He uses techniques which make the patient as comfortable as possible. The nurses are great and very gentle as well. The results have exceeded my expectations. I want to say thank you to everybody at Perfection Makeover for such a wonderful experience and to my new friend Robyn for holding my hand the whole! "Perfection Makeover" is the perfect name for this clinic and I will be back!

Thank you for your hospitality. Mariana was an excellent personal assistant. From the time I arrive in Mexico I felt as if I was home. I had some challenges making my flight because of the bad winter weather in Ohio. I emailed Mariana, and also phoned her of my flight changes. She was very accommodating, and still was able to pick me on time. Once I arrived in country I immediately went to the office and meet with the doctor and staff. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful. I have to mention my girl Robyn she was great. The nurses were very knowledgeable and patient. The doctor was the best of the best, very friendly, down to earth, and a true craftsman. I felt like the Perfection clinic was my family. I stayed at Nay Tanakuul Hotel. It is smaller newer hotel, but very peaceful if you just wish to have privacy and to be comfortable. I highly recommend it. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, and accommodating. The next day after my arrival I had my surgery. I had 4 liters of fat removed under general anesthesia through UAL liposuction. You can see and instant change in my body. The surgery went well, actually way better than I anticipated. I was quite surprised. The Ultrasound therapy is a must, the technician was wonderful. I rate Perfection Clinic A++ across the board, excellent in customer service & cleanliness. If I decided to have surgery again; I will make the trip to Perfection Clinic. I want to personally think Mariana for her service. She was very delightful, hard working, patient, and understanding. Perfection Clinic and its staff are highly recommended.

I am so thankful that I found Perfection Makeover and Laser Center in Cancun, Mexico for my breast augmentation. I had researched local plastic surgeons and been considering having the surgery for over a year. I was unhappy with the price and lack of personal care provided by the clinics I contacted here in Vancouver. I had already booked a Christmas vacation to Cancun and thought I should look into having my BA done there.
From the first day I contacted the clinic I have nothing but positive things to say. Their patient coordinator, Paty, made feel at ease and explained all the details of my appointments coming up. She picked me up and dropped me off for each appointment from my resort to the clinic, as well as being the before the surgery and taking great care of me.
My surgeon, Dr. Gonzalez, was amazing. He is very professional and knows exactly what to do to get the best results. After explaining my wishes regarding size and projection I went with this recommendation of placement and cc's, and ended up happier that I could have imagine with the outcome. Dr. Gonzalez really listened and knew what I wanted. His demeanor is very sure of himself, and for good reason- he knows what he's doing! I recommend his highly skilled and well honed surgical ability. If I ever need another procedure done, I will go back to him.
Adding up the cost savings, great service, nurses and clinic staff, and fabulous results, as well as recovering in a tropical paradise with maid service and all meals prepared, it makes perfect sense to go away for surgery and enjoy a relaxing and much easier recovery!

We first contacted Perfection in September of 2009 when we were looking for a clinic in Cancun that could perform an Otoplasty surgery for our 12 year old son. From that point until the actual surgery in December, my husband and I felt that everything was dealt with in a timely and professional manner. Paty Arcienega was our care coordinator and from the beginning of our dealings with Perfection, she was quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had.
Upon arrival in Cancun Paty was waiting for us at the airport. It is always a little intimidating going to a new country but she made us feel at ease right away. She took us to the condo that we had rented on the internet and it ended up being entirely unsuitable. Instead of just dropping us off, Paty look us around and found us a very nice place to stay. We could tell that she was very tired, nonetheless, she would not leave us until we found decent lodging. She is, in one word, WONDERFUL. We could tell that we were not just "one more face" or "one more surgery", we were important as people. All of the staff members that we dealt with were very professional, very sincere, and very caring.
They all helped my son to feel comfortable, eased his fears and treated him with dignity and respect. Dr. Gonzalez is very confident and skilled at what he does. My son's ears look so nice and he is very happy with the results! He has been embarrassed by them, and has been made fun of by other kinds for a long time and we appreciate the fine job that Dr. Gonzalez did! He and his staff are excellent and we felt that they went above and beyond to help us in every way that they could. We would, without hesitation recommend them to anyone that is considering surgery because we know that they would be in good hands.
